Winter School Courses

From January 19th to 23th, Department of General Disciplines held a winter school of English “Medical English”, Kazakh language “Til-Kazyna” and religious studies “Zayyrly Sana” in an online format. Winter school courses were conducted by faculty members Zh.K. Zhairbaeva, N.M. Abeshova, K.A. Nurgazy. The purpose of this event was to help students master medical terminology in English, communication skills in the Kazakh language, as well as familiarize students with religious studies. During the training, students were able to improve their knowledge of all basic English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), understand the grammatical features of the Kazakh language and study the basic theoretical and methodological methods related to religious issues. As a final part of the winter school, students will be provided with certificates of completion for the winter school.
